How long does it take before I receive my package?
Within Europe everything is shipped with GLS. Outside Europe everything is shipped with PostNL. We always assume the longest shipping time. This is often faster than indicated. If this takes longer than indicated, send us a WhatsApp (+31616010363) or email to: [email protected]

Germany/Belgium: 3/4 working days
France/Spain/Italy: 5/6 working days
Other countries in Europe/England: 1/2 weeks
Africa/Asia: 3/4 weeks
North/South America: 3/4 weeks
Antarctica: 3/4 weeks
Oceania: 3/4 weeks

Returns:
We do everything we can to inform you well about our articles in the webshop and put service first. If an article does not meet your expectations, it can be returned. You can return it within 10 days after the date of receipt of the order.
Conditions:
A few conditions apply to returns:
Returns are possible within 10 days after receipt.
The article is undamaged and unworn.
The original price tag is still attached to the article.
The completed return form must be sent with an exchange or return.
Items from the sale may not be returned and we do not give money back on these. You can exchange them for another article in the store.
Returns by post:
When your order has been delivered, a packing slip will be enclosed with the general terms and conditions and return form on the back. On this form you can indicate the reason why you want to return or exchange an item. You pack the item in question together with this sheet and you send the package back to the address below. The costs for returning are at your own expense. We advise you to return the items with a track and trace code, so that the package can always be traced. If you have returned it without track and trace and it gets lost, we unfortunately cannot refund the returned items.

I have returned an item, what now?
When the return package arrives at our premises, the items that have been returned are checked and then the amount is refunded via the webshop. You will receive an email about this, provided that you have also filled it in when placing the order. After this has been completed, it takes approximately 2/3 working days before it is back in your account. If you have a foreign account number, this may take a little longer.
